[Publib] Computer communication between a bookmobile and the library

Folks - 

	I have been at Pamunkey for 21 years and trying to run a
computer on our bookmobile has always been a challenge.  We have used a
number of methods of communicating between the bookmobile and our
circulation system.

	At this moment we are using satellite technology to communicate
back to our computer network.  It started off working well, but we are
now having several problems.  I am not sure if it is the technology
which is failing us or the company that installed the satellite dish.

	I would like to hear, off-list from folks about their success
with computers and bookmobiles.  It may be time for us to try some other
technology.
