At Rockford Public Library we circulate all DVDs and VHS for on week,
regardless of whether they are feature or non-fiction.  Customers may
renew up to two times as long as there are no holds.  They may have up
to 10 DVDs/VHS on their account at a time.  Fines are $.50 per day, per
item with a max out of $10.00 per item.
