Hi Abigail,
We get prompt responses via email from the Playaway folks.I'm not sure about
phone support.
Have fun with the Playaways -- we've found they were hard to sell at first
(the packaging is BOOOOORING) but with a little pushing, they've flown off
the shelves.
On a related note, has any library circulated cheap (i.e. Belkin's $20-30)
FM transmitters for Playaway use? We have patrons who'd love to use the
Playaways but listen primarily in the car and don't have a way to connect to
their car stereos. We've considered checking out the transmitters, but
haven't decided yet.
