[Publib] Safe rooms in libraries

I don't usually respond to messages but this inquiry really made me
laugh.  I have this vision of the library employees high tailing it to a
"safe room" yelling "every man for himself" as they leave the patrons
outside to fend for themselves.  And then the question about whether or
not to allow patrons into the room evoked a vision of librarians pushing
away patrons as they scramble to close the door.  Hmmm, would you keep
supplies in the room like spam and sterno?  I needed a smile today,
thanks.
