[Publib] public computer classes

I'm interested in corresponding with those people who are in charge of
providing computer classes to the public.  We have been providing this
service in our 20 station lab for about 8 years and our attendance
statistics keep going down.  So, I'm interested in how other libraries
are successfully handling their public computer classes.
