[Publib] author fairs

Hello everyone!

My library is undergoing a major restructuring, and I find myself 
suddenly in charge of planning an author fair. I was wondering if any of 
you have any ideas or helpful tips on how to do this.

I thought that there might be people out there who have experience in 
planning these type of events.
