John Rybicki visits the Delton District Library often to run creative
writing classes and to work on his poems.  He is on fire for the word and

John Rybicki’s work has appeared in Poetry, Ploughshares, TriQuarterly,
the North American Review, Yankee, and others.  In addition to We Bed Down
Into Water, he is the author of Traveling at High Speeds, and
Yellow-Haired Girl with Spider.  He is currently Visiting Associate
Professor and Writer-in-Residence at Alma College.  He also teaches
creative writing (through Wings of Hope Hospice) to children who have been
through a trauma or loss.  He was featured in Time Magazine for Kids as an
outstanding writing teacher, and is available for readings and workshops.
