[Publib] Performance evaluations

Do any public libraries out there use either library-specific or
position-specific performance evaluations for your staff members?  Or are
they the same generic ones used by the other departments in your
municipality?  All of our city departments use the same evals now, but the
Personnel Director is talking about making them specific, which I think
would be better.  I've got some ideas for ours, but if there's anyone out
there using specific evaluations who would be willing to share,   I'd love
to be able to contact you directly.
