[Publib] Self Check out promotion

A friend and colleague feels that buyers who use self-checkout at Home
Despot (grins!) and Kroger, etc, ought to get a discount since they're
saving the business the cost of a real, living human being.   Not to mention
the frustration of working with the wretched things..  Grrr!

I guess I'm old and grumpy, but the reason I don't use self check out
anywhere is that it takes jobs away from people.

It may be that they're happier with staff (a good thing!) than they are with
