My library has a computer training center similar to what you are looking
for. It is behind our public computer area. It was built in an existing area
of the library, back by a wall of windows, and we put up glass walls on
three sides to make the room. The room has 12 computers with room in the
front for another computer on a kiosk (for the trainer), another desk for a
scanner, and a Smartboard. The room does not have space for an office,
however.
One of our other branches also has a public computer area with an
enclosed computer tranining center right next to it. The lab houses 14
computers and has workspace in the back for the computer trainer. That
workspace is not seperate from the computers, but could probably be closed
off to make a seperate office. If that were to happen, the person in the
office would be able to look into both computer areas.
