[Publib] Craziest thing heard in line at Wal-Mart

[Hopkins County - Madisonville Public Library]

Well this wasn't in a store, but at a train station announcement in St.
Albans, England.

 

The next train to leave this station is the 4:30 fast train to London,
calling at Radlett, Borehamwood, and then whoosh straight through to Kings
Cross Thameslink.... It got a few chuckles..

Announcement might've been even funnier if it was Mr. Jones who was in
women's lingerie.  

Here in NYC, we wouldn't even blink at such an announcement. Thank heavens
Wal-Mart hasn't invaded our borders as yet.
