[Publib] Fair is fair

In fairness I have to report:
EBSCO heard about my recent grumpy post re: credits and where/how they can
be applied. They *swiftly* followed up.. contacted, discussed, explored,
fact/back checked and reported back to me. Excellent customer service.
   Now .. what to do about the dangling credit ... ?????
