[Publib] Public libraries and economic development

I am sure someone on the PubLib listserv can point to useful info about
how libraries contribute to economica development and provide value to
communities. Please copy me on response to Ms. Hamilton-Pennell. She is
not on the PubLib listserv, but rather is involved in the Littleton, CO
econ dev function.
