My favorite easier-to-find-it-in-a-library story involves a book 
titled Tiny Game Hunting.  It provides environmentally-friendly ways 
to get rid of slugs and other evil creatures in your garden.  Our 
local WaldenBooks had it shelved between a book on deer hunting and 
one on duck hunting.  I suppose the same thing could happen in a 
library, but (CIP aside), a cataloger will pay attention to a 
subtitle.  The bookstore clerk just told me that that's where the 
book belonged.
