Instead of buying the machine we decided to take our DVD's to Hollywood Video. They charge us $1 per DVD and they are like brand new out of the wrapper afterwards. The only staff time involved is dropping them off and picking them up. 

 

They also give us a good discount on anything we may purchase.

We are very happy with the JFJ Easy Pro machine ($249.99).  The company offered us a 60 day trial, no obligation, they would pay shipping if we returned it.  We are 30 or so days into the trial and my staff really like the machine. It's uncomplicated, quiet, and isn't messy to use.  It repairs (buffs) deep scratches as well as light damage.  Before this, we had a DiscGoPod Plus that stopped working shortly after we bought it.  We just missed the 30 day warranty so we were stuck with a $500 machine that didn't work.
