Apparently it is 15th of March, 1971.  If you go to this website,

from a publication called Free Life, which mentions the LJ review, even
quotes a piece of it. The Anarchist Cookbook is also available for
download online for free http://www.anarchistcookbookz.com/, if that
influences your decision at all (i.e. freely available elsewhere).

We recently received a challenge to The Anarchist Cookbook and I'm
researching the book before writing the letter.  I've found a couple of
articles but not as much as I would like to see.  Also, there is a
mention in one of the articles to an LJ review in 1971.  I don't know
the month.  Does anyone know about the LJ article?  Has anyone done any
research lately that they would like to share?
