My library is not large. I have only fourteen staff members to schedule. I am very pleased with WhenToWork.com It is reasonably priced and fairly user friendly. You might want to do a free trial. It does not do rotations, just weekly schedules.

  Subject: [Publib] Scheduling software?

  Hello, fellow schedulers,

I have been looking into types of scheduling software, to assist me in scheduling the service desks at my library. Do any of you who are tasked with scheduling use software? Any product you particularly like and find user-friendly and flexible?

My library is a fairly large public library, with lots of variables that go into the weekly schedule --- various service desks, meetings, staffers, etc.

Thanks in advance for any insights you may have!
