We just went live this week on our public webpage and so far I haven't
heard anything about bandwidth problems. I think we have plenty of
bandwidth anyway (we just bought more).  We figure that very few patrons
will want to use this service in the library. We also limit most
computer use to one hour, so watching movies (when the Hollywood package
is finally ready) will not be an option.

 

We had other technical difficulties while setting up the service, such
as the DRM folder would sometimes get corrupted when downloading
Skipjack, and we would get error messages. I think that problem has
somehow been fixed.
