[Publib] Mileage allowances

We use standard federal mileage, which I believe is currently 42.5
cents/mile.

  I would be interested to find out about the policies smaller library
systems have regarding mileage rules for staff. Do you have different rules
if staff are sent for part of a day (eg - for emergency computer issues), &
for whole day things (such as all day programming). Also, do people have a
'minimum mileage' before mileage is paid?
