[Publib] Library wheelchairs?

Yes, we have a wheelchair at this branch. I brought one that my husband used 
for his mother because we had complaints about not having one when we opened 
in 2000. Now in 2007 the wheelchair has been used, at the most, three times. 
We have had one complaint that it is not motorized.  I do not think it is 
worth spending a lot of money on a wheelchair. I do believe that most people 
who need one , have their own.
