OK, Publibbers, I have created a new Yahoo Group
for arguing about whether traffic on Publib dealing
with the Publib get-together should be on Publib.

Note that this Group isn't for arranging the get-
together but strictly for debating whether discussion
of the arranging should be taken to a new discussion
group.

And in this spirit, I have created a second Yahoo
Group for arguing whether the above new group
is a misuse of Yahoo Groups.
