I also found that site. The comments I have gotten from the director are:
"we have no way to know how accurately the book has been researched and
written"
"It is a "self published book that has no reviews in any standard sources
and is held by no libraries in WorldCat"
My gut feeling is that there is something else going on that no one wants to
talk about.
