I have been using Direct Request for Gila County Library System for 5
years. It has worked well as I have 9 affiliate ILL clerks using it at
10 different locations. At a few of the locations the public is allowed
to place their own requests. We have had no problems with duplicate
request for items we already own as that is one of the blocks in place
in the profiles. Each affiliate or branch as others may call them have
their own profiles set up for copy and borrowing requests.  Requests run
smoothly with only a few going to the review file if the criteria isn't
met in the profiles.

I spend minimal time monitoring ILL.
