I don't use it currently, but did so extensively in my last job. It was a
huge timesaver -- instead of processing 150 request by hand every few days,
I only had to look at 3 or 4 per week.
I also forced users to enter an email address when submitting the request
(OCLC allows you to define what personal info fields are required), so that
when I went through our folder of rejected requests in oclc, all I had to do
to notify the patron was copy/paste their email into a message template.
So, to answer your question, yes. :-)
