[Publib] OCLC Direct Request ILL

Hi,

     Is there anyone one there who uses OCLC Direct Request for ILL's?  This is the system where patrons can enter their own requests directly without going through a librarian.  I am interesting in learning how well the system works.  
     Does it save you time?  Do patrons request a lot of items that your library already owns?   Do you get a lot more requests?  I know that you can have the requests sent to a review file so that staff can review them and then send them.  Do you use the review file or do you let patrons send their requests directly?
