[Publib] Accounting Software for Libraries

I am looking at purchasing an accounting package for our library district.
We have approximately 80 employees but will be at 90-100 in the next year.
Our budget is around 11 mil but only about 4 of that is operating the rest
will be for construction/capital improvements.  I would prefer a package
that will integrate with HR and even has an HR module.  I am thinking about
outsourcing PR so something that will integrate with ADP would be great
too.  If you would please pass this e-mail on to your finance department I
would greatly appreciate it!
