[Publib] Booking meeting rooms

Our library is dissatisfied with the software we currently use for
booking meeting rooms.  We are looking into other types of software.
Our director is particularly looking for software that will allow us to
display various room set-ups online in .pdf formats as let people apply
online.

What software do you use to book events, meeting rooms, children's
programs, etc.?  Are you satisfied with it, or not?  SirsiDynix is
promoting a software package called E-vanced Solutions.  Does anyone use
it and, if so, do you like it?

Any advice you can give would be greatly appreciated.
