I looked into this and think it is a great resource. I suggested it to the reference librarians in our computer consortium as something we should add to our system but I think the idea fell into a black hole or something. Perhaps it is time to suggest it again.

newspapers and include your home state papers you have to pay. It's only
available through the library's computers.
