[Publib] Newcomer programs for immigrants.

I am interested in any programs that your library has held in reaching
out to the immigrant population.  I am a reference librarian, who just
finished my ESL certification, and would like to consider putting
together some informational programs or seminars that would target that
population.  I am NOT interested in Talk Times, but more in programs
that have covered citizenship, survival English Skills, preparation for
TOEFL, etc.  I know some libraries in the southwest have held all day
seminars with USCIS lawyers/representatives available for inquiries and
assistance in completing the application process.
