INFORMATION SERVICES SUPERVISOR (Librarian II)  

Forsyth County Public Library (FCPL), Cumming, Georgia

 

The Forsyth County Public Library in Cumming, Georgia, seeks an
experienced, customer-oriented library professional to serve as
INFORMATION SERVICES SUPERVISOR.  

 

OVERVIEW:  The Information Services Supervisor (Librarian II) manages
the operations and services of the branch's information department;
provides customer service & information services to patrons; supervises
& schedules staff; oversees collection maintenance at branch level; and
acts as building supervisor to resolve patron issues or building
problems.  

 

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:  Requires either [1] ALA Master's of Library
Science (MLS) or [2] a Bachelor's plus 3 years experience in information
services in a public library.  Requires 1 year of supervisory
experience.
