Around here, both the public and any city employee who comes in the 
building on business--especially the IT guys-- think that any familiar face 
under our roof, from professionals to clerks to wierd-street-guy volunteers 
to the really old ladies (sorry, they are) sitting in the Friends Book 
Store, are Interchangeable Staff and can successfully answer any question.
