[Publib] Restroom access by card

For the safety and security of our patrons most of our branches
currently have locked restrooms for which the patrons must ask at a desk
for a key.  Card access would provide easier access for patrons while
providing a safe and secure restroom for their use.

 

I envy libraries that don't face safety or security issues in their
facilities but the reality is we do.  Thank you to everyone who
responded.
