[Publib] IRS FORMS!

What a pain.  We charge for copies but patrons are always asking us tax questions which we can't answer, needing forms we don't have, getting upset with us if we can't supply them with what they need.  I asked that ALA bring up the idea of a per capita fee be charged to the IRS for supplying this service, but I don't think it ever went anywhere.  We should all be talking to, or sending letters to our representatives to include this fee in the IRS budget.  It's not like we couldn't use the money to help fund our libraries.
