[Publib] Teen publication

The library's Teen Advisory Group wants the library to provide a print
publication (and possibly electronic) to showcase their work. They're
thinking of a local "Teen Ink" type newsletter. I have 2 teens willing
to design the format, and more willing to submit their work.  I need
suggestions on how to organize this project and I have many questions:
What work gets published? I think we need guidelines for submissions.
How often do we publish? How do we distribute the publication? If anyone
out there is involved in a similar project, I'd appreciate some advice.
