[Publib] advice

Michael and all,

I can't speak for other state, but in Texas, the
big demand is for catalogers, technical people,
and childrens librarians.  I think there will continue
to be openings in those areas.  Also, many public
service people in my age group (mid-50s) will be
retiring in the next 10 years or so.
