[Publib] circulating old book club sets

Hi
  We purchase books for library sponsored book discussion groups.  I would
like to circulate the old sets to community book groups.  Does anyone do
this?  Do you check out the whole set to one person or do patrons just come
in and check them out?   What has your experience been?
