I think there was some about this on PUBLIB already but I don't remember anything on NexGenLib. There are 3 counties in Oregon where the libraries are or may be being seriously affected by nonrenewal of the Secure Rural Schools and Community Self-Determination Act ( Public Law 106-393), Jackson, Josephine and Douglas. Many counties in Oregon will be affected by this but for some it is road construction or other areas and not the libraries.
