[Publib] policy for loaning of projector/laptop

Happy Friday everyone!
 
We need to create a policy for the lending or non-lending of a laptop and projector. 
We have several civic groups/people wanting to borrow our projector and laptop, we're not totally
against loaning it out, but need some good policy/language ideas. 
 
Any policies out there, that cover these materials and issues? I'm interested in seeing policies that do loan 
out these items, as well as ones that prohibit the loaning out of such items. 
I searched the archives and web junction and didn't really come up with anything. Any help is appreciated!
