[Publib] Name the composer

[Tatar, Becky]

We are trying to track down information on a composer.  We have sheet
music by him in our collection, autographed by him.  His name is Wylbur
MacDonald, but this is spelled backwards - Rublyw Dlanodcam - on the
title page.  The "u" in the first name has an umlaut over it.  We have
checked all our music resources - including the Grove's encyclopedia -
with no luck.  Even Google is not providing much information.  Thanks in
