We are a mid-size two county system and have charged $2 for ILLs for the
last five or six years. My Board is now entertaining raising that to $3.

Subject: RE: [Publib] Restructuring Reference Service
We have been charging our patrons $3.00 per item to place Interlibrary
Borrowing requests for as long as I can remember. We are a mid-size
suburban public library serving a city with a population of ca. 65,000.
I would like to hear from similar libraries to determine if we should
raise our fee. If anyone has a sample Interlibrary Borrowing request
form you could share with me, that would also be much appreciated.
Thanks,
