[Publib] RE: Creating Newsletter

We use MS Publisher for most of our internal design work. And as someone who has had to learn on the job, its not as hard as it first seems. 

We are also investigating templates for sale through stocklayouts.com. One of our library regions has been using them to 'finesse' the look of their newsletters and annual reports. They can be downloaded into Publisher as well. From there, it is apparently quite easy to design a professional looking product.
