[Publib] Yet Another Hated Song . . .

Background music can *definitely* be annoying -- my husband's in the army,
and we live on post. The last two places we've lived, there's been a
headquarters building near our house. Beginning around 6:30 am, they start
playing (very loud) music from the loudspeakers -- John Phillip Sousa seems
to be a favorite -- and it goes until 8ish. I keep expecting to hear the
music interrupted with "Attention, attention. Captain Pierce and Captain
McIntyre, please report to the colonel immediately. Cpt. Pierce and Cpt.
McIntyre, report to the col." a la M*A*S*H.
