Moira Fracassa asked "Does anyone have a manga area in Adult and one  
in YA (so, separately)?"

Fort Worth Public Library has a youth/children's graphic novel section  
and an adult graphic novel section.  I will say that most of the  
manga/anime books are shelved in the adult section.  It just really  
depends on subject matter and drawings.
