[Publib] Interfiling Large Print

I agree with Kathy. Many of our Large Print users do not want to "browse"
the stacks. They are visually challenged (or like me, just enjoy reading a
book with larger print) and finding all of the Large Print books together is
much better for them.

Subject: RE: [Publib] Interfiling Large Print
I would vote against interfiling Large Print into the general collection.
True, there are people who read LP because it may be the only copy available
of a title they are looking for. However, the majority of those who read LP
probably do so because they can only read in large print. Interfiling the
LP collection would make it very difficult for these users to browse the LP
collection. Even though you have large print labels on the books, it is not
easy to browse when the books are so widely dispersed among the rest of the
collection.
