[Publib] Clarification of Public libraries and economic development request

Ms. Hamilton-Pennell at the Littleton, Colorado, Economic Development 
Office  writes:

"Thanks for all your help. I should perhaps have been more specific in 
my original message. I have copies of all the studies on the economic 
impact of public libraries (probably ten of them!). What I really need 
are actual case studies and examples of public library/economic 
development collaborative efforts. I'd like to interview the program 
managers/directors of such program. "
