We are not a susbscriber for Publib. We are a bookseller from India. We 
supply all the Indic language publications to Public Libraries through 
out the world. Recently we started creating MARC 21 records in Unicode 
with tag 880 (original script) which is very useful to Public Libraries. 
We want this message circulated through your Publib listsev. Can you 
guide me how this can be done.
