POSITION : Librarian II – Program Coordinator/Public Relations

INSTITUTION: Wichita Falls Public Library, Wichita Falls, TX (in North 
Central Texas)

SALARY: $14.52/hr. with generous benefits

DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS: The Wichita Falls Public Library is seeking a 
dynamic and energetic librarian to develop and oversee all adult 
programming including community outreach programs; This person must be 
committed to exploring creative and innovative ways to promote the library 
and its services; Some nights and weekends.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE: M.L.S., ALA accredited institution preferred; 
Three years professional experience preferred; Excellent communication, 
leadership, and public relation skills; Ability to creatively use office 
productivity and graphics technology in a computerized networked 
environment; Comfort in public speaking.
