Talk to Jamie LaRue who is the district director at Douglas County
Libraries (http://www.douglascountylibraries.org/) in Colorado. He gave
a wonderful presentation on book challenges and dealing with how to deny
requests for removal in a very logical manner at the Colo Library Assoc
annual conference last November.

His blog and email address are at http://www.jlarue.com/

See also his new book on challenges to intellectual freedom at
http://www.greenwood.com/catalog/LU2857.aspx.
