[Publib] regionalisms

I was born in Illinois and have lived in Indiana for nearly 30 years and
sometimes I find myself saying that myself.  It seems a little more
meaningful than "Have a good day,", which is what a lot of fast food
workers say even when it's evening and my day is already over.
Interesting....

When I lived in east Tennessee, it was common to hear folks say "have a
