[Publib] Excluded patrons

Hello,

I'm interested in what services you deny patrons when they violate your
code of conduct or when they have circulation or patron registration
problems. I have 2 specific questions:

1. When you exclude patrons from your library for behavioral problems,
do you also disable their library access to remote resources such as
downloable media and electronic subscriptions?

2. When you have patrons whose accounts have been sent to collections do
you disallow checkouts? Do you disable their library access to remote
resources?

Here are some possible patron service disruptions I've thought of. I'm
sure there are other examples and combinations that you use. Please let
me know.

a) they may not enter the building;
b) they may enter the building but not check stuff out;
c) they may enter the building and check things out but they must see a
staff person to clear up a problem (and therefore not use the self-check
machines);
d) they may not use remote resources.

I'll summarize for the list if I get enough answers.

Thanks.
